LUXURY ON FIFTH

Sawyer & Company has been selected to renovate the Andaz Fifth Avenue in New York. We will be redesigning the 198 guestrooms and suites as part of an ongoing update for the luxury lifestyle hotel.

The 14-story, 190,357-square-foot boutique hotel was built in 1914 within the Bryant Park neighborhood, across from the New York Public Library and steps from Grand Central Terminal, Times Square, and the Empire State Building. Originally constructed as the last Rogers Peet & Co. department store, it later housed Tommy Hilfiger's global headquarters before Hyatt Hotels opened it as Andaz in late 2010.
